How do you guarantee product quality and stability?
Firstly, we strictly implement the ISO9001 international quality management system, with strict quality inspection throughout the whole process from raw material procurement, production and processing, assembly and commissioning to finished product delivery. Secondly, we rely on the core technical team with years of industry experience to continuously optimize equipment technology.
What fields are your products mainly applied to?
Our vacuum equipment is widely used in core fields such as semiconductor industry, optical coating, crystal processing and scientific research experiments.
What is the delivery cycle for foreign trade orders?
The delivery cycle for standard conventional vacuum equipment orders is 15-30 working days. For customized non-standard equipment and complete vacuum system orders, the delivery cycle is 30-60 working days according to product complexity and configuration requirements. The specific delivery time will be clearly stipulated in the contract.
What is the warranty period for overseas products?
All exported vacuum equipment is equipped with a standard 1-year warranty. Within the warranty period, we provide free accessory replacement and technical maintenance services for equipment failures caused by non-human factors. We also provide lifelong technical consultation and equipment maintenance guidance services.
How do you provide overseas technical support and after-sales service?
We provide 7×24-hour online English technical docking service, which can quickly solve customers' problems in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and daily maintenance through email, video call and remote debugging.
Can you provide product samples and technical parameter documents?
Yes, we can. We can provide overseas customers with complete English product brochures, technical parameter sheets, equipment manuals and qualification certification reports for free.
