Product Details
The new KC series high-vacuum oil diffusion pumps can achieve a high vacuum of 1.3 × 10⁻¹⁰ Pa. Their main features include: a wide operating range, with a high pumping speed even at 1.3 × 10⁻¹⁰ Pa; a high critical fore-vacuum pressure; and a low oil carryover rate of 1.5 × 10⁻³ mg/cm·min; rapid startup, equipped with a standard oil level sight glass and a built-in water-cooled oil seal. It is the ideal vacuum source for vacuum heat treatment, brazing, and vacuum coating applications, featuring a five-stage pump core.
